CNC-Controller D4 4-Axial
The controller was designed and manufactured by CNC Profi to automate the production process. It is designed so that it can work with stepper motors, servomotors or frequency converters and solenoid valves directly from the control.

The CNC controller Profi D4 represents a new quality on the market. They enable certain processes to be automated and service maintenance to be carried out quickly and therefore cost-effectively by users who have not completed any specific relevant training.
The programmable CNC automation devices are also characterized by their versatility in their use, since the programs can be changed or improved using simple methods.

Handwheel control
Functional description
Four operating modes: manual (MAN), semi-automatic (MDI), automatic (AUTO) and program edition (EDIT)
In manual mode (MANUELL) you can:

move the machine manually

Initialize the axes (define the coordinate of the current position), if necessary define the machine zero point by reference travel

the manual mode (MANUELL) enables the respective motor to be moved with the "Start" / " Stop" keys on the keyboard or with the external keys connected to the controller (minus / plus)

Selection between continuous feed mode (JOG) and step mode (MPG) with a value of optionally 0.10; 0.01; 0.001 mm or jog mode
In semi-automatic mode (MDI) you can:

single sets of G code commands, editable and executable at the same time, without changing the mode

all functions that are available in the automatic mode can also be used to their full extent in this mode
In automatic mode (AUTO) you can:
- carry out the automatic processing of the programs in this mode
- select the program number using the arrows on the keyboard: [3] and [6] until the desired program number appears
- the number of repetitions of the subroutine can be determined and started in the main program
- subroutines can be repeated any number of times using UP calls
- the program can be interrupted and continued with the [STOP] and [START] keys
- a stopped program can be canceled with the (Mode) key
In edit mode (EDIT) you can:
- Work programs are edited and saved in this mode
- Save multiple programs
- the number of programs depends on the amount of information you put in, if the programs are short, you can of course create a lot more programs. Approx. 100 programs with 30 lines each are considered as references
- an axis can be traversed in each line at a programmed speed
- In addition, the delay time relay switching or spindle speed can be controlled in each line
- any number of outputs can also be switched directly or indirectly in each line
