Step-by-step commissioning of the rotary axis
Disable the Material Detection (Floating Head and Ohmic) function.
For the correct operation of the machine, correct operating ranges (Soft Limits) for the X, Y, Z axes must be given, where the range of the Z work axis is counted from the axis of rotation to the maximum height (to the Z Limit Switch)
- For the optional output, select the rotary axis function
- Enter the correct gear value for your rotary axis (recommended value 5 - 10)
- Check if the axis is rotated correctly (direction and angle of rotation), Left mouse button rotates 45 degrees, right non-stop
- Perform a reference move of each axis (homing)
- Enter material parameters
6. Indicate the position of the material with the X-axis torch (one of the options: left, right or center), I recommend using a laser pointer
The above operation calculates the distance of the axis of the reference point (HOME) of the X axis, this value can be modified / set manually in the special options tab:
7. Indicate the position of the material in the Z axis (touching the material gently)
The above operations from items 6 and 7 determine the position of the axis of rotation, which is very important for the operation of the machine and it should be done as carefully as possible.
8. The A + X axis mix button allows you to check the correctness of the entered data / positioning. To do this, place the tool over the base (top) wall and then press the axis binding button. Thanks to this, using the right-left arrows will also start the A and Z axes in order to check whether the movement around the profile is correct. You can use this function to cut a profile manually (around).
9. Import the project file (expansion):
If necessary, turn off the auxiliary lines (DISABLE), the correctness of the import can be checked in the 3D preview

For subsequent projects, it is not required to redefine the position of the material, the program is based on a specific axis of rotation that is unchangeable. The path is generated based on the specified dimensions of the material.
The drawing must be imported and processed after the material / profile dimensions are established.
